The Nurse Practitioners are nice and do a really good jobs. Some of the male Doctors have a "holier than thou" or I know what's best attitude and don't listen to what is actually going on and just dismiss the female patients. As well as push a medicine that they have stock in even when it is a medication that has been banded in other countries. The nurses are nice and helpful. As are the office staff. I found that the Nurse Practitioners tend to walk through things with you step by step. If they aren't sure they will let you know and help you get the help you need. I really appreciate their service and am grateful for their help. Thank you!

This might be the worst person I've encountered in all my years. She should not be employed in a customer- facing role. Everyone else seemed nice!

I hate having had to use this so much when it used to be that a PCP could fit you in for something minor. But gone are the days of that I suppose. At priority care, I am always in and out in a flash. The staff is amazing, the providers the absolute kindest, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Totally disability friendly - they have adjustable exam tables! Now if we could resolve the issue of referral back to a PCP that has no openings for weeks.

Usually I would give them 5 stars. Tonight I needed to get in and Google said it’s not busy. So I got there 20 minutes before closing and a sign on the door said to go elsewhere because they were at full capacity. There wasn’t a soul in the waiting room and barely a car in the parking lot. But we were at capacity said the reception lady.

My Dr. Is great! Most of the staff is pretty good too. They are NOT an Urgent Care, they are a same day clinic. (PeaceHealth legally doesn't have any in Bellingham this is one reason why their E.R is always packed.) With that note; I called to make a same day appointment at 7:59a.m, the phone rang three times. It was answered and I was told they don't open till 8a.m, I was told to call back then and she hung up on me. By that time it was 8:00a.m so I called right back LoL!!! Between those antics and dealing with M.B.I & Quest. It's like Monty Python and the Holy grail going to Camelot. "I don't want to go there it's a silly place".
